Hello, Retail Network Operations Analyst! Be part of a fun-loving and agile team while gaining valuable (and in demand) retail demand planning, replenishment and operational experience. This essential role analyzes the network health at 675+ Freeosk locations on a daily basis. As a Network Operations Analyst on our Operations Team, you'll be making decisions that impact the efficiency of our retail operations. In this role you'll help drive the demand planning for 200+ weekly programs, the supply chain of sample inventory, the replenishment of kiosks, the operational kiosk health and merchandising needs for some of the world's largest retailers including Sam's Club. Our ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, high attention to detail, a strong bias toward action, a keen ability to autonomously spot trends and drives results in everything they do. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who embraces challenges, thrives in a past face environment and is able to utilize data to suggest recommendations and drive actions that support our strategy. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable with managing multiple projects at once, communicating information to technical and non-technical audiences, and working collaboratively with other individuals. \n Key responsibilities for this role...Sample Demand Forecasting: Create sample demand plans by location. Analyze sample usage, traffic and engagement trends to create the inventory forecast that will be needed to support each kiosk in the network. Sample Inventory Management: Review sample inventory and utilization on a daily basis to drive allocations that align with club demand, inventory utilization and cost targets using a combination of historical data and on-demand forecasting to adjust store-level inventory quantities. Analyze program results/trends to create insights, identify opportunities and make recommendations on how to deliver better results for our retail and brand partners.Drive Weekly Execution. Investigate, analyze and provide support for weekly program execution as it pertains to instore merchandising, correct on-screen programming, on-shelf merchandise availability and product health.Sample Inventory Supply Chain Management: Analyze program results/trends to create insights, identify opportunities and make recommendations on how to deliver better results at lower cost and higher customer satisfaction. Provide direction for the 3PL warehouse operations to ensure samples arrive on-time and on-budget to our retail partners. This includes maintaining strong data integrity, managing weekly/monthly reporting and key success metrics, resolving inbound receiving and outbound shipment issues, providing direction on inventory rework, and ensuring third-party vendor accountability through weekly communication and priority setting.Continuous Improvement: Drive operational actions and process improvements based on data insights that will enhance the customer experience.
