The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and an eye for style, providing exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting the perfect outfits, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and staying up to date with the latest fashion trends. Qualifications required: · Previous retail experience preferred

· Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor at all times
· Ensure the sales floor meets visual standards and is properly stocked and replenished
· Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks
· Stay engaged and proactive, constantly finding new ways to add value
· Be self-motivated and driven. Maintain a positive, can-do attitude
Store Hours: · Flexibility to work within specific store hours: Wednesday – Sunday from 10am - 7p · Part time: As Needed Working Conditions and Physical Effort: Standing for long periods of time, heavy customer contact and lifting up to 25 lbs. Employee could be exposed to extreme temperatures (warehouse can be 35-105 degrees).
