Job Overview:
As a Regional Retail Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in hiring, training and developing Brand Ambassadors/leaders and coach on the best practices of lead generation.
You will be managing existing teams and multiple store locations within your region on a consistent basis.
We have doubled the size of our Retail Sales Department and are in search of an eager and motivated Regional Retail Sales Manager to grow our expanding force and join our team.

Responsibilities
Hiring/training new Brand Ambassadors, Team Leads, Managers, etc.
with the full support of our highly skilled recruiting department
Manage and support existing teams and store locations
Driving KPI's and meeting sales targets
Report on regional sales trends and productivity
Work Experience
Multiple years of outside sales experience (B2C preferred - solar experience not required but a plus!)
Prior managerial sales background and ability to coach and grow a team
Expert on lead generation
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Skilled in relationship management
