Retail Sales Associate

This position entails working closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining sales goals, stocking shelves, and assisting in deliveries.
The role also requires lifting and carrying heavy items, working evenings and weekends, and having a valid driver's license.

Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be legally authorized to work in the country Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

on occasion Must be willing to work scheduled hours Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License High School diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish
