Responsibilities
• Be an expert in our services and educate guests on the process and frequency of waxing• Offer savings options by educating guests on our Wax Passes• Support fellow associates and contribute to a positive work environment• Book and confirm phone and online reservations• Collect payment from departing guests• Respond to guest needs, requests, and issues• Manage flow guests in and out of the center• Maintain and exceed center and individual sales metrics and goals
