• Engaging and interacting with customers• Adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• Cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store• Supporting and participating in store recovery• Maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards• Providing and accepting ongoing recognition and feedback• Adhering to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs• Participating in safety awareness and maintenance• Performing assigned duties
