Retail Sales Associate (Seasonal)

Position Overview:
A successful Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized assistance, promoting sales and promotions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive product knowledge and provide friendly, solution-oriented service to customers.
Communicate sales and promotions effectively.
Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
Maintain merchandising and presentation standards.
Accurately process all register transactions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer-centric attitude with a pride in delivering high-quality service.
Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day and to lift and carry merchandise as needed.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
