Responsibilities
• Greet customers and encourage them to learn about products and services• Engage customers in conversations about their home service needs• Explain features and benefits of products and services• Schedule appointments for sales consultations• Build rapport with store's leadership team• Attend meetings and trainings• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Requirements
• Prior experience working in retail is desired but not required• A+ communication and customer service skills• Must have reliable transportation• Must have the ability to use smartphone and email• No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required
