Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Retail Sales Specialist B's for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.
*This position is 100% ONSITE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to join our team as a Retail Sales Specialist. Our ideal Retail Sales Specialist is a motivated, outgoing, focused individual who possesses excellent listening and communication skills and can deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed. Regular and predictable attendance is required. Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Open/close store.
o Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
o Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
o Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders.
o Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
o Handle returns of merchandise.
o Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.
o Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation.
o Prepares and processes store orders for customers.
o Identifies and reports safety and housekeeping issues.
o Restock store when necessary.
o Routinely cleans store.
o Reports all customer complaints to Store Manager.
o Follows all companies' policies and procedures.
HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
o 2+ years of sales experience or customer service.
o Excellent verbal and written skills.
o Ability to maintain professional appearance.
o Maintains a positive and professional attitude.
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
o Strong organizational skills.
EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
