The Retail Store Lead is based in the Phoenix area and will be responsible for supporting all operational aspects of the Funko brand retail store operations located in Buckeye, Arizona. This role will assist in the day-to-day operations of the store while also providing stellar customer service, coaching and leadership. The Retail Lead will also take part in processing shipment as well as maintaining a consistent flow and replenishment of merchandise to the sales floor. The Store Lead will deliver exceptional results while providing the highest standard of customer service and "retail-tainment" under the supervision of the Retail Store Manager. What You'll Do Lead excellent customer service through in-the-moment coaching, role modeling, and utilizing customer feedback to reinforce and improve quality of serviceIn partnership with the Retail Store Leaders, manage inventory, including receiving, stocking and conducting inventory countsMonitor assets through accurate inventory management procedures Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanlinessProtect store assets, facilities, and team members by ensuring all team members' adherence to operational guidelines and standards, compliance with all safety and security policies, the proper functioning and maintenance of store equipment, and performance of all financial transactionsManage customer escalations quickly and effectively to positive resolution. Know when to bring in additional resources Support the store's overall business to drive efficiency and grow sales Assist in monthly cycle counts to ensure all inventory is up to dateAs a key leader, follow all safe and secure training and processes Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance. May lift/move up to 30 pounds occasionallyTravel less than 10% of timeSalary Information The base hourly pay rate for this position in the selected city is $17.79 - $19.71. ?Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
