Job Summary The Store Manager is responsible for managing and administering the store's performance, building maintenance, hiring and training, payroll reports, overseeing employees' activities, and developing strategies to meet sales goals. This individual is in charge of employees' development and mentorship to improve their retail skills. They will support and address high-level customer service needs while cultivating and maintaining exceptional customer interactions between their staff and clients.
