Responsibilities
• Implement strategies for organization and retail store operations• Manage own work and participate in projects and initiatives• Solve problems of moderate to advanced complexity• Maximize value of donated goods and maintain store standards• Coordinate rotation of goods and ensure continuous flow of merchandise• Train and coach employees, ensure sufficient coverage at POS and donations• Assist with hiring process, new hire orientation, and training• Operate register and maintain efficient customer flow• Maintain safe and orderly work environment• Complete data entry, communicate and implement policies and procedures• Plan and organize work assignments to increase customer service
Requirements
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred• Able to complete and retain forklift certification if required• Work varied schedule and flexible hours• Must have working phone for communication accessibility
