Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a start-to-finish client experience• Build out customer segmentation to engage customers effectively• Collaborate with Product Teams on customer onboarding and interaction plan• Increase customer LTV, expand NRR, and reduce churn• Utilize various tools and platforms for customer communication• Create customer programs for loyalty, referral, and CRM• Develop tracking and metrics to communicate progress• Focus on testing and iteration to optimize strategies• Connect a company to its customers• Reactivate clients and build email campaigns
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in marketing or similar, or relevant experience• 5-10 years of experience in marketing to existing clients/CRM marketing• Experience connecting a company to its customers• Experience determining and reporting on important metrics• Experience with reactivating clients• Knowledge of direct mail and making it convert• Experience in a business with a portfolio of products• Experience working with CRM data• Advanced knowledge of churn reduction tactics• Reside in Spokane, WA area
