As a Retirement Analyst you will contribute to the team by providing overall and strategic account support with a focus on client relations, retention, employee education, and escalated client service issues.
Primary Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: assist with the management of client relationships, interfacing with the HR & Finance teams on employee benefit mattersAssist on a multitude of retirement plan compliance related activities such as Form 5500 filing, required annual disclosures, and 401(k) discrimination testingAssist with Employee Education initiatives – coordinating the scheduling of Employee webinar meetings with Recordkeeper institutions.Preparing client presentations for quarterly meetings with Retirement Plan Committees.Manage Client & Customer Service items, responsible for resolving customer/client escalation items to completion and compliance with Retirement plan rulesGood understanding of Excel and PowerPoint QualificationsMinimum 5 years of industry/related experienceSolid customer service skillsBachelor's Degree strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Compensation
This position is located in New York. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $80,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
