Returns Processing Associate

Musictoday is currently hiring for a Returns Associate. This position is located in our warehouse in Crozet and processes all incoming returns and exchanges from our over 600 web stores.
Responsibilities Include: Processing returns systematically in Musictoday systems including our order management system and ShopifyReturning product to stock locationsTracking returns and productivityCustomer Service including contact with customer and our team to ensure customer's order is processed properlyQualifications: Proficient computer experience and ability to use multiple systems to process returnsSome Shopify experience preferredAbility to work quickly and efficientlyAbout Musictoday: Musictoday is the preferred end-to-end ecommerce provider for a roster of over 500 clients in the music, sports, and entertainment industries.
