Key Responsibilities: Champion operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with finance leadership to optimize revenue and cash flow. Implement best practices across Information Management, Coding, Financial Services, and Patient Access. Monitor metrics to drive improvements in revenue cycle performance. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Utilize technology for streamlined operations and enhanced analytics. Align revenue goals with organizational objectives. Requirements: 5+ years in revenue cycle management leadership within healthcare. Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred. Experience in overseeing patient access, health information management, medical coding, and patient financial services departments is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
