We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Account Executive to drive sales of our Prompt RCM services to both new and existing customers. This role will focus on increasing the adoption of Prompt's RCM offerings within outpatient therapy practices across the country, leveraging a deep understanding of both the industry and RCM processes to deliver meaningful solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities: Inbound Sales: Perform sales conversations for inbound demo and meeting requests from prospects interested in Prompt's RCM services.
Outbound Sales: Actively perform daily outbound efforts to attract new RCM customers, driving awareness of our offerings in the marketplace.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with outpatient therapy practices to understand their needs and demonstrate how Prompt's RCM solutions can streamline their financial operations.
Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding prospects through the benefits of Prompt's RCM services, and tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each practice.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline of outpatient therapy practices looking to enhance their RCM processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of RCM services.
Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on trends in outpatient therapy and RCM to provide insights and recommendations to potential clients, positioning Prompt as a thought leader in the space.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in RCM or software sales with a focus on outpatient therapy or similar healthcare sectors.
Proven success in selling RCM services to outpatient therapy practices or alternative experience.
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes, including billing, collections, and compliance within healthcare settings.
Consultative sales skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and customize solutions based on client needs.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and compelling presentations.
