Why You'll Love This Job As the Revenue Enablement Director, you will define and establish the revenue enablement function at Apptegy. You'll leverage your commercial acumen, data-driven mindset, and effective collaboration skills to serve as a true force multiplier, supporting the businesses growth and efficiency goals. This is an individual-contributor position reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, with an opportunity to hire and build a team over time.
\n What You'll DoDevelop and implement a clear enablement roadmap to support Sales and Success teams in meeting revenue, retention, deal velocity, and sales efficiency targets.Design and execute an effective onboarding program to reduce time-to-ramp and equip new hires with the skills and knowledge necessary for early success.Partner with Sales leadership to create and implement go-to-market (GTM) playbooks, training programs, competitive intelligence resources, and role-based competencies tailored to sellers' needs including sales skills such as discovery, demoing and objection handling.Lead the creation and maintenance of a global content library, providing customer-facing teams with essential tools and resources at each stage of the buyer's journey.Leverage key technologies (e.g., Gong, Salesforce) to capture insights, enhance training, and continuously improve enablement outcomes.Partner with the broader Revenue Operations team to establish and track key metrics, including time to ramp, certification rates, quota attainment, and pipeline velocity, to ensure enablement program effectiveness and alignment with company goals.Partner with Product Marketing & Product to equip sellers to successfully speak to value of new product releases. Who You Are5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership roles in high growth SaaS businessesProven experience in building and scaling enablement functions in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of sales methodologies and frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Winning By Design) and the ability to implement them effectively across large teamsData-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to translate insights into actionable enablement strategiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across diverse teamsFamiliarity with key enablement tools and technologies (e.g., Gong, Salesforce) to optimize training and insightsStrong organizational skills, with experience in leading complex initiatives and balancing multiple priorities
