About the Role

InvestCloud is looking for a dynamic Revenue Enablement Manager will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure that the company's revenue-generating teams are equipped with the resources, tools, and processes they need to be successful.
This role focuses on optimizing the performance of these teams by providing training, content, and analytics that drive revenue growth.
The position will also collaborate closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives that lead to improved revenue performance.

What does a great Revenue Enablement Manager do?

A successful Revenue Enablement Manager will equip our Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed, through process development, training, technology, and content management, ensuring they have the necessary mindsets, skill sets and tool sets to effectively engage with prospects and clients throughout the buyer and value journeys.


How you will provide meaningful contributions: Develop, implement, and drive adoption of processes which span demand generation to renewal across various teams.
Develop and implement programs, content and tools that build product knowledge, enable selling skills, focus on value-based messaging leveraging market and competitive intelligence.
Contribute to the build out of a strong revenue enablement function based on company needs.
Assist in product launches by preparing and enabling sales teams to understand our solutions and successfully sell them with proper collateral.
Establish project milestones and manage project plans to ensure enablement activities and, growth enablement initiatives are delivered timely.
Build and optimize effective, efficient onboarding programs, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions.
Assess current state, identify gaps, and implement/optimize enablement specific tools and resources.
Establish and regularly measure KPIs to assess effectiveness and value of enablement programs and initiatives.
Cultivate strong, cross-functional relationships to ensure the efficiency of the revenue teams through enablement and ensure successful completion of projects.
Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience designing and managing initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Creative and analytical thinker/problem solver with a focus on the "So What?"
Ability to manage concurrent high priority projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling with ability to articulate and communicate strategies and plans across different teams.
Driven, analytical, creative problem solver, self-starter who takes initiative for proactively supporting both strategy and tactical execution plans with high diligence and delivery excellence.
Experience with Microsoft product suite, in particular, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills / Experience Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) Ability to create and deliver training virtually/via e-learning as well in person if necessary.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.
Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000
