We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Finance Manager to join our finance team. This role will be instrumental in driving the financial success of our organization by managing revenue forecasting, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a focus on revenue management, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue forecasting models for our Genomics and AI Apps business units. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support pricing strategies and contract negotiations. Evaluate the financial impact of new product launches, partnerships, and market expansions. Analyze revenue trends and variances to provide actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with sales, operations, and lab teams to align revenue goals and strategies. Ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies. Lead the month-end and quarter-end close processes related to revenue recognition. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue forecasting accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue. Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning processes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on revenue management. Proven experience in developing and maintaining financial models. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google suite, understanding of financial reporting software. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
