Key Responsibilities:
Maintain comprehensive documentation related to charge capture, including technology use and team interactions for clear organizational understanding and accountability.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established processes and identify any discrepancies in charges.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage system changes and updates, maintaining accuracy in charge capture.
Oversee daily and monthly reconciliation processes for assigned departments, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Manage charge entries, approvals, and reviews for specific service lines, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; additional education or experience in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in hospital settings, physician practices, or related healthcare environments.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes.
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, preferably Epic, and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
