University Partners is closely integrated with, and works closely with, KKR to develop acquisition strategy, evaluate new investment opportunities and optimize the performance of the portfolio. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing models and market research and analysisTrack and analyze market data using public data sources, internal data points, and College House, Axiometrics, CoStar and proprietary market surveysMaintain and update UP's database of market information (e.g.
market preleasing, comparable property rents, competitive multifamily rents, university enrollment etc)Handle market pricing foruniversitystudent housing assets, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trendsCollaborate with leasing and marketing teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendationsDevelop annual property rent budgets in collaboration with operations and asset management Prepare detailed reports and present findings to C-level executivesPerform market research, including tracking demand and supply fundamentals of student housing marketsPeriodic travel required to conduct asset and market tours, and tour assets in the Company's Portfolio The Company may revise this job description from time to time as business needs require.

QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-yr college or university2-4+ years of related experience in commercial real estate market research, investments, asset management or financial analysis (student housing or multifamily preferred but not required)Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with VP and C-level executives.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including leasing and marketingPrior experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or a related field is highly desirableAbility to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office software with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsAdvanced Excel skills required for market research analysis We are also seeking a candidate who:Possess strong interpersonal skills commensurate with level of experienceA desire to learn.
