Discover it for yourself:https://youtu.be/F7uAqs1gtuk Role purpose In this role you'll provide real-time support to the Regional Head of Sales and Sales team, encompassing both pre and post-sales activities from an operational standpoint. You'll also be the main point of contact for operations within the US region. Your ResponsibilitiesProvide application support during Proof of Concept (POC) phases and coordinate inventory checking processCoordinate Defence Export Controls (DEC) and Export License procedures in preparation for lodgmentFulfil customer orders from processing to trackingValidate order / invoice details against Salesforce opportunities, coordinate order billing and invoicingManage product lead times and availability requests from customersInvestigate and recommend optimal shipping options and communicate with vendors. Ensure shipping compliance with state, federal, and international regulationsCoordinate and communicate with external parties to ensure the acquisition and delivery of shipmentsCommunicate with customers post-sale and other relevant departmentsManage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processesInventory management and coordination of equipment dispatch / returnsMaintain Salesforce data cleanliness (SFDC hygiene)Generate and analyze sales team performance reports via Salesforce analytics.Skills / ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification requiredMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in order processing and coordinationStrong problem solving and analytical skills, proficiency in data managementExcellent communication skills - written and verbalEffective at managing multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing competing priorities, maintaining high level of attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work autonomouslyCompetence in G-Suites for analysis, data visualisation and reporting purposes.Advanced knowledge of SFDC practices, particularly emphasising operational functionsFamiliarity with government trade and export licensing regulations in the EMEA region is advantageousWhat are some of the benefits you will have access to?
