We require an RF engineer with embedded software, analogue and digital hardware experiences to run in-house RF hardware for remote 5G connectivity. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Previous use of schematic capture packages (KiCAD/Altium or similar).Experience testing at circuit board and system level (e.g., board being-up and debug, EMC testing).Proven knowledge in digital and analogue electronics.Knowledge of relevant programming languages (C/C++/Python).Experience of embedded software.Proven experience on working on multiple, complex projects running simultaneously.General understanding of engineering process and design lifecycles.Anility to work with and make RF connectors and cables.Person Specification Pro-active individual with the ability and desire to work in an established yet growing start-up environment without the support of larger companies processes and methodologies.Ability to communicate to customer and internal stakeholders, via presentation and other documentation types, both remotely and in-person.Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.Excellent problem-solving ability.A team builder, who will facilitate inter-team communication and possibly build their own. Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably electronics/electronical/RF.Applicant must have eligibility to work in the UK (Work permit sponsorship is not available for this role).Applicants must be able to pass a UK Security Check.Primary business location is Farnborough, Hampshire.Position is an on-site role.Travel within the UK and internationally may be required.We are a small, friendly team working closely to grow the business.
