We are offering up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment.

Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.
Shifts Available:
72 hours per pay period|Variable Shift|12-hour work schedule
72 hours per pay period|Night Shift|12-hour work schedule
48 hours per pay period|Variable Shift|12-hour work schedule
Experience Required for Staff RN:
1 year Nursing Experience
Experience Required for Fellow RN:
1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire
Experience Required for Resident RN:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
Certifications|Licensures:
Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) licenserequired.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies:
American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider),
American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), -or-
Military Training Network (MTN) (BLS Provider) upon hirerequired.
National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
Special Skills:
Must be able to use independent decision-making skills in a wide variety of situations
Frequent contact with employees, physicians, customers, community individuals and volunteers
Must be self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner to meet deadlines
Experience with Core Measures, Quality Indicators, Case Management, and Utilization
