Flexible schedule and no scheduled weekend work Comprehensive health insurance and dental benefits 401K Paid time off Requirements Licensed RN with at least 2 years of experience Demonstrated ability to provide professional guidance, based on your knowledge and experience in the field of aging and care management best practices Knowledge of all aspects of the aging process and conditions affecting older adults and adults with disabilities, including memory care Impeccable attention to detail and strong follow through Integrity, honesty, and commitment to high standards of excellence and professional ethics Commitment to working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Excellent listening skills and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Google Chrome Available weekdays Valid California driver's license, vehicle insurance, personal transportation (care managers work from home and travel to clients' homes) Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour
