Rn Case Manager - Travel Nursing Assignment

An RN Case Manager is needed for a 13-week travel nursing assignment. The Case Manager will coordinate continuity of care for patients between their families and healthcare organizations at various settings, including HMOs, schools, and rehabilitation centers. The ideal candidate must have at least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Case Manager setting, an active RN License, BLS certification, and a degree from an accredited nursing program.
