ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Director (Registered Nurse, RN) is responsible for overseeing and directing the patient care operations of the home care facility under the direction of the Home Health Executive Director.
Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care.Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.Enhances the profitability of the agency and engages with the team to assure the quality of services delivered. Education and ExperienceMinimum qualifications include:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.Experience in home health care.Strong leadership and communication skills.
