The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical leadership and day to day supervision of clinical staff, to included ancillary staff members. The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for JCAHO, OSHA and other regulatory compliance in the clinical setting. The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for staffing schedules for all clinical staff. Reports to the Clinic Administrator and Director of Operations for INTEGRIS Physicians Services. This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
