Job Title: RN - Acute Care - Nights Job Specialty: RN Registered / Licensed - Inpatient Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisite clinical hours. Direct patient care experience preferred. License: RN (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) or BLS Instructor Must-Have: - Associate's Degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing.- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies decisively and respectfully.- Excellent time management, evidence-based nursing practice, analytical skills, and critical thinking abilities.- Proficiency in English - reading, writing, and speaking.- Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology to support clinical care.
