Job Description:The Total Joint Program RN Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, and maintenance of the care continuum for total joint replacement patients. This role provides leadership across all stages of patient care, from pre-surgery through one year post-op, involving Pre-Admission Testing, Perioperative Services, inpatient units, post-acute care, and other relevant entities within the orthopedic service line. The Coordinator ensures adherence to evidence-based practices for orthopedic patients and assists in the planning, development, and implementation of program goals and operations. The role also oversees the ongoing disease-specific certification process to continually enhance care for the orthopedic patient population. $84.21 - $113.47Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
