Job DescriptionJob Description:Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employmentBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one monthAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one yearMust Meet the Following Qualifications: Current ICU RN with a minimum of 9 months' experience or within the last year as an ICU RN (equivalent to 1248 hours). Including experience with various vasoactive medications, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
