Rn- Emergency Department- Ft Day Shift

This position will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. The RN will also administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients and respond to trauma situations. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Administer prescribed medications or start intravenous fluids, noting times and amounts on patients' charts.

Minimum QualificationsNursing: 1 year (Preferred)BLS Certification (Preferred)RN - Multistate or OklahomaDegree - BSN, ASN or MSNEducation: Graduate from an accredited college, university or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate State agencyLicensure: Current, full, active and unrestricted license as a registered nurse.BLS CertificationExperience: Prefer one year of registered nurse experience after graduation in an emergency department setting within the past 5 years.
Schedule:7a - 7p Friday, Saturday, Sunday and every other Thursday Must be able to pass a background check and complete a pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
