TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in John Day, Oregon, 97845 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Emergency Department Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Room License: Active Oregon RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS Must-Have: Cerner experience Job Description: - Perform general nursing duties and respond to trauma situations. - Utilize departmental equipment including HealthLand EMR and OmniCell medication/pharmaceutical delivery systems. - Demonstrate competency to float to Med-Surg, OB, and L&D departments if needed. - Work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, as part of a 12-hour shift schedule. - Participate in the unit's orientation and training programs, encompassing both general hospital and department-specific protocols. - Adhere to dress code requirements by wearing tasteful and well-maintained scrubs. - Orientation involves understanding the organization's mission, vision, values, service excellence, and recovery, along with department-specific safety and technology training. - Nurse-to-patient ratio based on an acuity measurement tool to ensure appropriate workloads. 26142937EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS - AHA PALS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam TNCC 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Connect with healthcare professionals nationwide, expanding your professional network.
