SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE 10,000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs with at least 1 year of experience NO CONTRACT   Float Pool Overview:    Mercy Fort Smith's Float Pool supports all inpatient units except Women's & Children's. This team is made up of extremely adaptable RN's deployed each shift to support our unit staffing and ensure we continue giving excellent care to patients and their families! Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period.
