We need some fantastic nurses to work at a variety of locations in Nashville and surrounding areas, We have all shifts open – 8 hours and 12-hour shifts available- even shorter or longer shifts if needed. Immediate positions are available! You make your own schedule. Must be dependable and qualified. We are only looking for employees with strong skills who are reliable and ready and willing to work..Our work environment includes:* Modern office setting* Food providedResponsibilities:- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs- Administer medications, treatments, and IV infusions as prescribed by physicians- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans- Provide acute pain management and symptom control for patients- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs- Coordinate and provide care in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, home care, and senior care facilitiesRequirements:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in various areas of nursing practice- Ability to perform IV infusions and administer medications safely and accurately- Experience in acute pain management and providing symptom control- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care tasks- Knowledge of occupational health practices and regulations is a plusNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
