Nurses will provide care in both Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings, requiring proficiency in both areas. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU and PCU. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Perform and document nursing interventions and patient responses. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Float between MICU, SICU, CCU, and potentially the emergency department as needed. Required Qualifications: Valid Georgia RN license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in both ICU and PCU settings. Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work in a high-acuity environment.
