Teachespatients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectivelycoordinate overall care of the patient.MCU is a 1:3-4 ratio, primarily 1:4ICU is 1:2 or 1:1 depending on acuity. If we have overflows 1:3.They need Intermediate or progressive care experience. Must be able to read and interpret rhythms and cardiac drips. In ICU we are a mostly medical ICU. It is an open ICU and we have a Tele-intensivist. I need someone with cardiac experience. We take post PCI/ STEMI or other cath lab pts. Need someone that has experience with radial and groin PCI access and bleed management; however, we do not pull sheaths. Need experience with temp pacing, prefer balloon pump and Impella but those two are not required. Submission requirements: ICU AND PCU or ICU ANDIMCU experience.
