Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment: Perform thorough and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assessing the need for interventions. Ventilator Management: Monitor and manage patients on mechanical ventilation, ensuring proper settings and patient comfort. Medication Administration: Administer medications, fluids, and blood products as prescribed, and monitor patient responses while maintaining accurate records. Collaborative Care: Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies, including code blue situations, and provide immediate life-saving interventions. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
