TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Stockbridge, Georgia, 30281 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years; First-time travelers accepted License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Two supervisory references are highly preferred Job Description: - Care for adult to geriatric patient population with diverse medical conditions such as ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, Post-op complications, Cardiogenic shock, GIB, COPD exacerbation, encephalopathy, liver failure, drug overdose, and ESRD on CRRT. - Utilize unit systems including Pyxis, Epic, and SBAR. - Expected to float within the facility as needed. - Be prepared to manage a patient ratio of 1:2-3, with 24 rooms and an average daily census of 19. - Wear navy blue scrubs as part of the dress code. - Availability to work every other weekend is required. - RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days. - Must work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period: Christmas Eve and Day, New Year's Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday. - Complete full compliance to start on time; delays may result in a two-week push back due to bi-weekly orientation schedules. - Candidates must be available to submit core documents and schedule labs within 48 hours of contract signing to ensure an on-time start. 26125915EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS - AHA Core Competency PALS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Adapting to new facilities and teams challenges your problem-solving skills.
