Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Nights What We Are Looking For Navarro Regional Hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to work in our 10 bed unit. What You Will Do Job Duties: Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care Assist physicians during examinations and procedures Performs various patient test and administers medications within the scope of practice Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current Texas Nursing License One (1) year of experience required BLS & ACLS upon hire Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Two (2) years of experience preferred Cardiac Experience Required Working Hours: 7:00p – 7:00a Self-scheduling unit Required to work every other weekend Holidays required Who We Are Navarro Regional Hospital is your community healthcare provider, a 162-bed licensed acute care facility with inpatient and outpatient care, diagnostic imaging, emergency department, medical and surgical care.
