Key Responsibilities:

Patient Evaluation: Assess and develop care plans for assigned patients.
Care Implementation: Execute and document patient care effectively.
Testing and Medication Administration: Conduct various patient tests and administer medications as per your scope of practice.
Patient and Family Education: Teach patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.

Key Qualifications:

Current RN License in Arkansas
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (or to be obtained within 90 days of employment)
