It offers a variety of services, including: •Emergency care 24/7 •Orthopedic and joint replacement services using emerging technology •Cardiovascular services •Maternity care and pediatric services •Ambulatory surgery center •Imaging services •Outpatient Rehabilitation Center Position Overview: The professional Pediatric nurse uses the nursing process to plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care for the children in Pediatrics. The Pediatric nurse considers the patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs. The Pediatric nurse considers the parent's language barriers, age, teaching needs, and readiness to learn. The Pediatric nurse involves the interdisciplinary team in the plan of care and patient intervention. The RN II uses an autonomous practice. The RN II independently anticipates professional responsibilities and accepts accountability for professional actions. The RN II uses critical thinking skills in daily practice.
