Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team at Wolf Creek Care Center. As a cornerstone of our healthcare staff, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care and support to residents according to established nursing care plans and procedures. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess residents' conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation. Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of California. Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred but not required. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
