TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29425 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years required; high-risk antepartum, triage, high-risk deliveries, recovery of C-section; first-timers accepted License: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM Must-Have: Experience in a teaching hospital, ability to work holiday rotations, ability to accommodate block schedule upon manager's approval Job Description: - Provide patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting, ensuring the safety and comfort of mothers and newborns during the childbirth process. - Work 12-hour night shifts with every other weekend required. - Maintain a patient ratio of 1:2 in a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet Hospital environment. - No floating required to other units or sister facilities. - Participate in emergency response teams during hurricane season, if necessary. - Complete non-billable modules, averaging 4 hours, as part of pre-start onboarding. - Dress code requires provided scrubs; familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred. - Must be able to meet facility needs and comply with local regulations regarding travel assignments. 26186962EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS - AHA BLS BLS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing A diverse portfolio of experiences adds depth to your professional profile.
