TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, 54868 About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 05:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years required with experience in high-risk antepartum, LDRP, and Mother/baby License: Valid State License required at time of submission Certifications: BLS, NRP, STABLE required; AWHONN preferred Must-Have: - Experience in a labor and delivery unit - Willingness to work with a newly reopened unit - Ability to float within the hospital as needed - Call and weekend coverage required Job Description: - Work a schedule of either 3x12 or 4x12 shifts, covering from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Gain experience with high-risk antepartum and labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) care.
- Handle responsibilities on both the LDRP and Mother/baby units.
- Engage in a training week with shadowing at an affiliated location.
- Ensure all necessary certifications are current prior to commencement.
- Flexibility to provide weekend and on-call support as required.
- Participate in modules during orientation.
Modules logged by Kronos, with a maximum of 8 hours considered for orientation.
- Offer compassionate care and support to expectant mothers and families.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including flu vaccination with allowances for medical or religious exemptions only.
