- Gain experience with high-risk antepartum and labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) care.
- Handle responsibilities on both the LDRP and Mother/baby units.
- Engage in a training week with shadowing at an affiliated location.
- Ensure all necessary certifications are current prior to commencement.
- Flexibility to provide weekend and on-call support as required.
- Participate in modules during orientation.
Modules logged by Kronos, with a maximum of 8 hours considered for orientation.
- Offer compassionate care and support to expectant mothers and families.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including flu vaccination with allowances for medical or religious exemptions only.
