TravelNurseSource is working with Magnet Medical to find a qualified Long-Term Care RN in Sitka, Alaska, 99835 Pay Information $2,898 per week About The Position As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide specialized nursing care to residents in long-term care settings, focusing on managing chronic conditions, promoting quality of life, and ensuring the overall well-being of elderly or chronically ill patients. Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status, including physical examinations, medication histories, and psychosocial needs. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, addressing residents' medical, social, and emotional needs. Medication Administration and Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medication schedules and dosage instructions.
