Job Description




Paramount Senior Living is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN to join our dedicated healthcare team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents in various settings within our senior living community, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care.




Responsibilities




Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.


Monitor residents' health conditions and promptly report any changes.


Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort.


Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.


Provide emotional support to residents and their families.


Maintain accurate medical records for each resident.


Follow established protocols to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.


Qualifications




3 pm - 11 pm shift preferred, but not required.


Active PA nursing license in good standing.


A genuine passion for senior care and exceptional service.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.


Detail-oriented and organized.


Experience in senior care preferred but not required – new graduates are welcome!
