Overview: The Nurse Manager works collaboratively and effectively with other administrative personnel, physicians and co-workers throughout the Ministry to enhance communication, share pertinent data and improve processes across the continuum. The Nurse Manager ensures that the unit has appropriate managerial oversight on all shifts and is appropriately staffed to cover patient care needs. The Nurse Manager is proactively involved in patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office and the Nursing floor. They are leaders who inspire a shared vision, demonstrating the value of change and presenting it to co-workers with enthusiasm.
Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 3 years' RN experience Required Education: BSN or in a BSN program Preferred Education: MSN Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association We Offer Great Benefits:
