Telemetry Monitoring: Utilize telemetry equipment to continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, identifying any abnormalities and taking prompt action when necessary. Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough patient assessments, document patient information accurately, and maintain up-to-date medical records. Report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring proper dosage, route, and patient education.
